These Terms and Conditions of Sale define the rights and obligations of BZHYPE and the customer in relation to the sale of products offered on the Site.

BZHYPE offers products inspired by the BZHYPE universe, including merchandise, apparel, accessories, collector items and other related products.

The main characteristics of each product are presented on the relevant product page, including available sizes, colors, designs, personalization options and other essential information where applicable.

Product images are provided for illustration purposes. Slight differences may occur depending on screen settings, lighting, production methods or product availability, without affecting the essential characteristics of the product.

Article 3 – Personalized Products

Some products may be personalized, customized, made to order, or produced with a customer’s chosen name, nickname, text, design option or specific request.

The customer is responsible for carefully checking all personalization details before confirming the order. Personalized text will be produced exactly as entered by the customer.

Personalized, customized or made-to-order products cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded unless they are defective, damaged, incorrect or incomplete.

BZHYPE reserves the right to refuse any personalization containing offensive, hateful, inappropriate, unlawful or infringing content.

Article 4 – Orders

Any order placed on the Site is considered final after payment confirmation.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that all information provided during the ordering process is accurate and complete, including name, billing address, shipping address, email address, phone number, size, color and personalization details where applicable.

BZHYPE cannot be held responsible for delivery issues or production errors caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

BZHYPE reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of payment refusal, suspected fraud, abnormal order activity, dispute, product unavailability, or any issue related to the order.

Article 5 – Prices

Prices on the Site are primarily displayed in Euros (€) and may also be available in other currencies such as US Dollars (USD).

All prices include applicable taxes where required and exclude shipping costs, which are calculated at checkout before order confirmation.

Currency conversion rates are provided for convenience and may vary depending on payment providers or exchange rate fluctuations.

BZHYPE reserves the right to change prices at any time. However, products are billed based on the price displayed at the time the order is placed.

Article 6 – Payment

Payment is required at the time of order confirmation.

Accepted payment methods may include credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay or other payment methods available at checkout.

Available payment methods may vary depending on the customer’s country, device, currency and the payment providers available at checkout.

All transactions are processed through secure and trusted payment providers. BZHYPE does not store full payment card details on its servers.

An order will only be processed after payment has been confirmed.

Article 7 – Delivery

Orders are delivered to the address provided by the customer at the time of purchase.

Processing and delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, carrier, product availability, personalization requirements, seasonal demand and logistical conditions.

BZHYPE cannot be held responsible for delays beyond its control, including carrier issues, customs delays, force majeure, strikes, public holidays, weather events, or logistical disruptions.

International shipments outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, local charges or administrative fees. These costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, this confirmation may be used as proof of delivery.

Article 8 – Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, customers may have 14 days from receipt of their order to request a return under the right of withdrawal.

After notifying us of the return request, customers have an additional 14 days to send the item back.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, unworn and unwashed, with their original tags and packaging whenever possible.

Any item that is incomplete, damaged, worn, washed, altered, or not returned in suitable condition may not be eligible for a full refund.

⚠ Important – Personalized Products:

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are personalized, customized, made to order, or produced according to the customer’s specifications, unless the product is defective, damaged, incorrect or incomplete.

After you contact us, we will provide the return instructions and the correct return address.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a confirmed defective, damaged, incorrect or missing item.

The customer is responsible for returning the item using a reliable shipping method. BZHYPE cannot be held responsible for returned packages that are lost, damaged or not delivered.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, BZHYPE will process the refund or exchange where applicable.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.

For eligible returns, the refund will include the returned item value and the standard delivery costs originally paid, where required by applicable consumer law.

Any item that is damaged, worn, washed, incomplete, altered, or returned in a condition that prevents resale may not be eligible for a full refund.

Article 10 – Defective, Damaged, Incorrect or Missing Items

All products are carefully checked before shipping by BZHYPE.

Where applicable, customers benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and any other mandatory consumer protection rights provided by applicable law.

If a product is defective, does not match the description, or does not have the qualities reasonably expected from the product, the customer may be entitled to repair, replacement, refund or another remedy required by applicable law.

Personalized products remain covered by legal guarantees in case of confirmed defect, damage, incorrect production, missing item or non-conformity.

Article 12 – Customer Responsibility

The customer agrees to use the Site lawfully and to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information when placing an order.

The customer is responsible for checking product details, sizes, colors, quantities and personalization information before confirming the order.

For personalized products, BZHYPE is not responsible for spelling mistakes, incorrect names, wrong nicknames, incorrect text, wrong size selection, or wrong design choices entered or selected by the customer.

Article 13 – Intellectual Property

The BZHYPE name, logo, visuals, designs, texts, images, product concepts, music-related universe and website content are protected by intellectual property rights.

Purchasing a product does not grant the customer any ownership or license over BZHYPE intellectual property.

Any reproduction, resale, modification, commercial use, copying or unauthorized use of BZHYPE content, designs or branding is strictly prohibited without prior written authorization.

Article 14 – Liability

BZHYPE shall not be held liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of the Site or the purchase of products.

This includes, but is not limited to, loss of opportunity, loss of income, loss of data, or any indirect damages.

In all cases, BZHYPE’s liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the relevant order, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
